Điều trị tăng huyết áp bằng thuốc

Hiện tại có rất nhiều loại thuốc hạ áp, được chia thành các nhóm sau:
-    Thuốc lợi tiểu.
-    Thuốc ức chế beeta.
-    Thuốc ức chế anpha 1.
-    Thuốc ức chế men chuyển.
-    Thuốc ức chế thụ thể angiotensin 2.
-    Thuốc ức chế caleium.
-    Thuốc ức chế giao cảm trung ương.
-    Thuốc giãn mạch trực tiếp.
Ngoài các nhóm thuốc trên, một số thuốc như aspirrin, vitamin E, thuốc an thần…cũng được dùng trong điều trị dự phòng bệnh tăng huyết áp.
Các nhóm thuốc huyết áp:
-    Thuốc lợi tiểu: Chlorothiazide, amiloride, chlorthalidone, triamterene, hydrochlorothiazide, spironolactone, indapamide, metalazone, bumetanide, furosemide.
-    Thuốc ức chế beeta: Atenolol (tenormine), acebutolot (sectral), betaxolot, penbutalot, bisoprolot (concor), pindolol, metoprolot (betaloc, nadolol), propranolol (inderal, avlocardyl), timolot.
-    Thuốc ức chế men chuyển: Benazepril (lotensine), moexipril, captopril (lopril), perindopril (coversyl), enalapril (renitec), vasotec, cerebril, quinapril ( accupril), fosinipril (fozitec), ramipril (ltace, lisinopril), trandolapril.
-    Thuốc ức chế thụ thể angiotensine: Cadesartan (atacand), eprosartan (cozaar), olmesartan (avapro, aprovel), losartan (cozaar), olmesartan (benicar), telmisartan (micardis), valsartan (diovan).
-    Các loại thuốc ức chế giao cảm trung ương Methyldopa, clonidine.
-    Các loại thuốc ức chế thụ thể alpha1: Prazosine (minipress), terazosine (hytrin), doxazosine (cardura).
-    Thuốc ức chế calci: Amlodipine (amlor, norvase, amtas, stamlo…), felodiphine (plendil), isradipine, nicardipine, nisoldiphine, nifedipine (adalat), diltiazem phóng thích chậm, verapamil phóng thích trung bình, verapamil tác dụng dài.
